However, there was a challenge: Mr. A was looking for accessories made of fiberglass, a material we currently don’t offer. Our company specializes in stainless steel and carbon steel, so we couldn’t directly meet his request for fiberglass.

This could have been a setback, but instead, it sparked a creative solution. I immediately remembered a successful project we’d completed for a Malaysian customer whose boat was made of fiberglass. Initially, this customer had the same requirement for fiberglass accessories. However, after our engineers performed precise calculations and reviewed successful case studies, we proposed using stainless steel accessories instead. The solution worked brilliantly, and after receiving the products, the Malaysian customer provided excellent feedback and was able to source all the other accessories they needed.

I shared this successful case with Mr. A, showing him how stainless steel could be an equally viable alternative for his fiberglass boat. After reviewing the solution, Mr. A seemed open to the idea but still needed reassurance. Recognizing his hesitation, I immediately coordinated with our engineers to provide detailed drawings and a video demonstrating the actual use of the parts. This prompt action gave Mr. A the confidence he needed.

Ultimately, Mr. A decided to go with our stainless steel parts, opting for a combination of propellers, shafts, and accessories. What started as a small inquiry turned into a large order, and Mr. A chose Sinooutput over three competing suppliers, even though we weren’t the lowest-priced option.
