Yes, I have been faced no long time ago. That just like brokenhearted, hahaha. I went on with a customer long time, also have meeting with him, called him many times. He also told me he would place order soon in one week and arrange payment. However, in that week, I sent him message, no reply, called him, no reply. About 2 weeks later, he replied to me, and said he already purchased from other supplier, I asked him why choose others, he said others price is much cheaper(that supplier we helped him checked, we also have other customers ordered from that company in the before, however, other customers’ feedback are not very good, it was copy brand, not original, and told customer was original, also do not have long time service life),He said he is a trader, he need price is cheaper, brand is no problem. From this, I hang up, just said thank you! In the beginning, I was upset, from the last word, I was disappointed. I even felt a little glad. Different ways do not seek each other. We do original with good quality, good price. Stick to our original aspiration is enough. Customer values, we don't comment. But we are an honest supplier. Do long business and long customers!
3. Some time, you are upset may due to long time can not win an order. Please do not worry, simple anxiety is useless. If long time do not have order, please do not complain about it. We should learn to analysis it. Analyze the order cannot arrive, due to objective or subjective reasons. If objective reason, we can not control. If for subjective reasons, we should reflect ourselves. If we grasp the pain point of the customer, and have the right medicine for it. If we try our best to know more about customers, to know the local market. If do not, please go on!
