Do you have some very interesting stories with your customer? We think, it should have too many.

 

Today we want to share you small story about moving.

We have one customer from Facebook, I talked with him about 1 months by Facebook and WeChat. One month later, he sent me message he would go to Tianjin, also want to visited us. We warmly welcome. In the beginning, from Facebook photos, I thought he was about 50 to 60 years old, however, when I saw him in the Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, I was amazing, he is a grandpa with gray hair, about 70 years old. The old grandfather is still working hard, why do we not work hard when we are young?

 

We helped him check in hotel and helped him arranged work schedule, tried our best to support him. When I took him go to taste Chinese delicious food, he was very happy, and shared me many photos about his trip went to China in the before. He told me he was ill in Shandong, and had a minor operation at the hospital last trip in the China. Fortunately, a group of kind people helped him and gave him flowers and took good after with him. He also shared me about his family, very lovely family.  I thought his lovely family that supports him to do business in China alone. Family is the backbone of him. A very price business partner.

 

That night, I backed home and called our manager and told her about this, we planned to give this grandpa a surprise.

 

In the second day, we went to the hotel to pick him up to our office in the normal. Prepared some meeting room with him to communicated with him about the project. Everything seemed so ordinary. However, when we sign the sales contract, meeting room light turned off, our administrative colleague came in with flowers and gave them to the customer. We also brought out the cooperation trophy prepared for him. At that moment, I saw customer was moving, his eyes gleamed with tears. He was touched, even cannot speak a complete sentence fluently. Surprise, moving and happy around him. The warmth of a strange country surrounded him. We also wanted him to have a nice trip in the China (regardless of business).

 

Though that grandpa customer did not place order soon in the meeting (due to their country limit terms of payment, only do LC), however, he still paid us EUR600 as deposit for the next order and cooperation.

 

In fact, we gave flowers for the customer not for the order, just wanted this grandpa can enjoy the visiting with us, enjoy the warmth of Chinese.

 

Being kind to others may be a step towards success. Insist on our kindness and professionalism for our every customers, hope we can support more and more customers, help them win one by one project.
