Marine diesel water pump is developed by our company in accordance with the provisions of China Classification Society "Code for Classification and Construction of Sea-going Steel Ships-1996" and "International Treaty for the Safety of Life at Sea" and other relevant provisions. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, ports, warehouses, yards and other places.

Product Features

The marine diesel pump has the advantages of light weight, small size, flexible movement, quick start, fast water discharge time, large fuel tank capacity, corrosion resistance, reliable use and convenient maintenance. Where the use of batteries is allowed, the unit can be installed and used with a battery starting device. The pump has two types of manual and electric start, the user should specify when ordering. The starting methods of pump sets with diameters of φ40～φ65 are manual start and electric start, and the diesel engine forms are vertical, single-cylinder, four-stroke, and air-cooled. The pump set with the diameter of φ80～φ100 adopts spring starter and electric starter, and the diesel engine is vertical, multi-cylinder, four-stroke, and water-cooled. It can also be matched according to air cooling requirements.

Structural Features

The marine diesel engine water pump is composed of a diesel engine, a water pump, a sliding vane pump, a frame, etc. Mainly used for ship emergency firefighting, but also suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, ports, warehouses, yards and other places. The pump is composed of each component such as leaf carrier, pump body, pump cover and water outlet valve. It is directly driven by the diesel engine through the direct-connected pump shaft. The pump water outlet valve can be rotated within a range of 180° to change the water outlet direction. The self-priming of the pump is completed by the sliding vane suction pump. The sliding vane suction pump is equipped with a handle-type control clutch. When the water is pumped, it is driven by the diesel engine through the V-belt, and the air in the water inlet pipe is discharged to generate a vacuum degree.The water diversion is completed when there is spray from the outlet of the water diversion device. Release the handle to reset itself, and the cock of the water diversion device closes at the same time.
